Having your best friend with you on the morning of your wedding, helps calm the nerves and adds some excitement. It’s like the build up to every night out you had as friends, just 20 times better!

You are never quite sure, how you will feel on the morning of the wedding.  You could be a bundle of nerves or full of energy but it is always a good idea, to have your best mate to hand.  Outside of your husband to be, who at that exact moment is probably at the pub having a cheeky drink before the ceremony,  your best mate is probably the only other person who knows you that well. Who knows what to do to calm you down or join in on the excitement.

These two were just like that. All morning Jessica was there to help with make up, call the boys to check they were all fine, sort out the flowers, Just as we were leaving the venue, without even asking Sarah’s best mate, bent down to pick up the train of her dress. It was seamless, effortless. She knew exactly what Sarah needed.

In that moment, Sarah was probably full of nerves, anxious to get to the wedding venue, excited to see her boy, standing there, waiting for her to arrive.  She probably doesn’t remember this moment at all, but I hope that when she looks back at this picture, she remembers the excitement, the nerves, the anticipation and that she had a best friend at her side.
